Meet Crystal: a passionate, caring woman whose faith is evident in all areas of her life! Crystal is a self-proclaimed “accidental community builder” who loves creating an internet place where “faith, fitness and friendship come together.” She is the editorial and marketing manager for incourage.me, as well as a blogger, speaker, beachbody coach, wife, and mom (whew!). WHO ARE YOU?! / I'm an accidental community builder who loves coffee and chocolate almost as much as I love my family. I'm passionate about equipping women with the resources and encouragement they need to do the work God is calling them to do - whether that's with friendship, faith, or fitness. I laugh when I'm nervous, I get lost in books, and I'm a responsible, strategic, type-A rule follower who loves beautiful design, Zumba, and sharing the gifts God has given me.

WHERE DO YOU BELONG? / I belong at home - the place that feels safest, where I can be "me." The place where I can fail and do scary things, where I can rest and let go of my agenda. It's the place where the best version of "me" is in workout pants with a cup of coffee, crazy hair, a laughing toddler, and a husband who wouldn't have it any other way.

WHAT IS YOUR “WHY”? / I’m passionate about being a source of encouragement and a trusted resource for women who desire to be good stewards of the bodies and gifts God has given them.

HOW DID YOU GET HERE? / It's looked an awful lot like failure. God has taken me on a journey of more than a decade that has included painful losses in relationships and jobs and in the end? I wouldn't change any of my history because God has used every bit of it to allow me to connect and encourage other women. I know the blessings we receive when we stand firm in who God says we are and choose to move onward toward the next best thing God has for us.

IF WE WALKED INTO YOUR LIFE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY, WHAT WOULD WE SEE? / I'd be sitting at my computer drinking coffee, watching Agents of Shield on Netflix, working on a project for my full-time job for (in)courage and wearing workout gear.
